Search for contacts based on keywords present in their profiles, job titles, or company descriptions. By using keyword filters, you can pinpoint professionals who are already involved in conversations relevant to your business. You additionally get a direct window into their interests so you can craft a more tailored pitch.“And/or” functions help with different situations by allowing multiple conditions. Together, they can be more precise and more flexible when prospecting! Use “and” when searching you are looking for leads with both/all keywords. Use “or” when searching for leads available over multiple keywords.

When to use the Keywords filter

  • Product or Service Specific: If your business offers a niche product or service, you can use keywords that directly relate to your offering. For instance, if you sell eco-friendly cleaning products, you can search for keywords like "sustainable cleaning solutions" and find professionals who’ve shown interest in these areas.
  • Competitor Analysis: Identify potential leads who are already engaged with your competitors by searching for keywords related to your competitors' products.

Building a List By Keywords

  1. Log in to your Seamless.AI account and navigate to Intent Search in the Buyer Intent Tab.
  2. Under the Keywords filter, type in your target keywords and separate by hitting enter after each word.
  3. Further refine your search with additional filters like location, company size, and revenue.
  4. Click the blue Search button.
  5. Save the Companies you want and export them to your CRM.

Example

  • A list of "Healthcare IT Directors" interested in "Telemedicine Solutions."
  • A list of "Financial Analysts" following "Blockchain Technology.”
  • AI Enthusiasts: Contacts who've written or shared articles containing the keyword "Artificial Intelligence."
  • E-commerce Experts: Professionals who've shown interest in "E-commerce Trends" through their shared or authored content.
