Seamless.AI runs off of a licensing system that allows for any user to purchase individual products and utilize them with any capacities and timeframes. In this article, we will thoroughly explain the different types of licenses and capacities that can be purchased!

What is a License?

A license is any paid access level to our existing Products! Licenses provide you with daily, monthly, or yearly capacities to any of our below listed licenses! These licenses are sold in various capacities but our most common package is a Standard license with a daily capacity of 1000 credits.

License Types

• Standard License
  • Provides access to our standard features of utilizing In-app Search and our Chrome Extension functionality.
• Autopilot License
  • Provides access to our autopilot functionality which allows you to fully automate list creation within our In-app search!
• Enrich License
  • Provides access to our CSV file upload to enrich and update existing data and provide up to date emails and phone numbers
• Job Changes License
  • Provides access to an enhanced CSV file upload used for detecting Job changes of Contacts and identifying their new Company and Position as well as contact information
• Universal Credit License
  • Allows users to purchase and apply universal credits that can be used to any of Seamless's premium features such as autopilot, enrich, job changes, as well as normal research credits. Universal credits can be manually allotted to different members of the team in discrete amounts or made available to all users without restriction.

Credit Reset Cadence

• Capacities will be reset on the date of purchase followed by the Day ,Week, Month, or Year (depending on the configuration purchased) at 12:00 AM(UTC).
