Single Company Exclusion
Single Company exclusion is a streamlined process! Keep in mind that this process can be utilized in both Contacts and Companies search!
1. When accessing the in-app search filter of "Companies or Websites", simple add a "-" at the beginning of your Company entry.
Example: "-Seamless.AI"
When this criteria is entered properly the word will appear underneath the search filter in Red to confirm that this is set to EXCLUDE the company from your results!
Bulk Company Exclusion
Bulk Company Exclusion is slightly more complex but involves the same process as stated above where a "-" needs to be added to the beginning of the company entry.
1. Click the icon outlined in the screenshot below in order to upload your bulk company list!
2. After clicking this icon, a window will appear where each entry needs to be separated by a line. This format supports copy and paste directly from an Excel Column! Just be sure to add a "-" if you are looking to exclude the company rather than Include the company in your criteria!
3. Upon completion of entering this criteria, Click the "Upload Companies" button in the bottom left corner of the pop up window. When the Company list has been accepted you will see a Bulk upload icon underneath the Companies Filter indicating that the criteria entered was successful!
Pro Tip: Utilize a mix of Positive and Negative criteria to exclude companies while ensuring that other companies are included in your results!
