Website Search

The Chrome Extension can be used on any direct company website to locate contacts related to that company.

Before getting started, please make sure that the Chrome Extension is installed!

Pinning the extension to your tool bar will make accessing the Chrome Extension easier! Not Seeing it? Click the puzzle piece icon in the top right corner followed by the pin icon next for the Seamless.AI Extension

Chrome Extension Capabilities

• Pull Contact/Company data from any website
• Access to Insights at a Contact and Company Level
• Import contact and companies directly into your CRM from the Chrome extension

Searching Contacts via Websites

1. Go to the website that you are looking to prospect. Once there you should see the Seamless.AI logo on the right hand side with a number. This number represents the number of contacts found associated to that website.
   Not seeing it? Click the pinned Seamless.AI icon in the top right corner of your Chrome browser or click the puzzle piece icon, then pin the Seamless.AI Extension.
2. Before using the Chrome Extension on a website, ensure your list is set as default. Go to Manage Lists and either confirm your list is already set as default or select a list to set as default.
3. To refine your search some more you can click into Advanced Search to add any specific Titles, Names, or Keywords and hit search. Choose Find for a specific contact or Find All for all contacts on the sidebar. This triggers the AI to research and validate contact information, saving it to your My Contacts.
   If you see similar company names, ensure the official name is in the flyout. The AI defaults to the website, but the actual name might differ. Check the company's About Me page for alternative names. Hover over the company name in the flyout to manually adjust and rerun the search.
