Social Search allows you to search directly on LinkedIn and use our Chrome extension to go beyond the in app messaging and pull contact information directly into your Seamless.AI account. The Chrome extension works with LinkedIn Standard, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Sales Navigator.

1. Once you're in Sales Navigator you can click the "Advanced" drop down menu and choose to search for leads or accounts based on your preference.
2. Use the Seamless.AI icons on the right side of the page to set your list, find contact information, and move on to the next page of results in that order. You can also hit "Find" next to each individual contact if you want to target a specific person. It's important to set your list by utilizing the "Manage Lists" button.
3. Successful searches will then turn all "Find" buttons to "View." If you see "Retry" that means there was an error in your search and that contact wasn't successfully researched and saved.
Searching on an Individual Contact Profile
1. To research on an individual contact profile, simply navigate to your preferred contact's profile and click the "Find" button on their profile to research and save their contact information.
