Seamless.AI collects information from multiple sources of data throughout the web, gathering hundreds of data points related to contacts and companies. We then assign confidence scores to each set of data, and this scoring system is referred to as Total AI in Seamless.AI.
Total AI metrics can (and should) be used to maximize your deliverability and outreach success. Each key data point within Seamless.AI, such as email addresses and phone numbers, include a Total AI score. This score represents the confidence that is derived from the signals within each data point.
Get Started Crafting a Superior Prospect Roster with Total AI Filtering
- Navigate to your Contacts tab in the Menu or on the left hand side of the screen (depending on the size of your display).
- You will see a bullseye icon next to the helpful tools bar in the top right corner. Click on the bullseye and you will now have the ability to move the slider to your desired AI Threshold.
- Once you’ve chosen your desired AI Threshold, you can hit apply and all the contacts that meet that threshold will be displayed. You can add in other relevant filters (IE: specific lists you are working on, research date, etc.) to refine your contacts some more.
- Export the list to your CRM or download into a CSV.

When to Use Total AI Filter
Lower Total AI Score (50-70%+)
If your company or team is positioned for higher volumes of outreach and you have systems to support a slightly elevated rate of failure (bounce rate, etc...), then using data with a lower Total AI score (ie. 50 - 70%+) may be a sufficient strategy for your organization. The data at the lower end of the Total AI scale could result in slightly higher failure rates, but is still valuable data if used with the right systems and processes.
Increased Total AI Threshold (70-80%+)
If your company or team is positioned for more targeted, specific outreach or you have more strict systems for outreach, then increasing your Total AI threshold would be the right formula (70 - 80%+ Total AI). While this will decrease the total volume of data for your outreach, increasing your Total AI threshold will increase the accuracy and efficiency of your outreach.
How is Total AI calculated?
Total AI is derived from multiple signals within each piece of data, such as the frequency of the data identified, the source of the data, and validation signals of the data, in addition to elements such as open rate and other success signals. Our AI aggregates all of this data across sources and scores this data from 0 - 100%. The higher the score, the more confidence the signals display for that piece of data on that contact or company.
