Seamless.AI Support and Training

Getting Started

Our platform is designed to be intuitive, but if you ever need a hand, Seamless.AI offers multiple ways to get assistance:

  • In-App Help: Click the Get Help icon at the top right corner of the platform for quick access to all resources.
  • Live & On-Demand Training: Learn at your own pace or join interactive sessions with our experts.
  • Support Ticket Submission: Reach out for personalized help with your account or platform issues.
  • Chat & Email Support: Speak with our virtual assistant or email us directly.
  • Knowledge Center: Find tutorials, videos, and FAQs to guide you every step of the way.

Support Options

We offer several channels to ensure you receive the support you need:

Chat with Support

Access our in-app chat bot in the menu bar in the top right corner of the screen, look for the chat message icon, for real-time assistance from our virtual assistant.

Access chatbot help in the menu panel to get additional help.

Submit a Support Ticket

Need technical help or want to report an issue? To submit a support ticket directly click here.

After opening a support ticket, the Seamless.AI team will reach out with 24-48 hours to email provided or associated with your account.

Knowledge Center

Search for step-by-step articles, how-to videos, and feature tutorials inside the Knowledge Center or by clicking the Get Help icon in-app.

Live Webinars

Join live, expert-led sessions with other users to learn the ins and outs of Seamless.AI.

  • Click Join Live Training in the platform to sign up for an upcoming session that fits your schedule.
Join a Live Training directly in the Seamless.AI platform.

On-Demand Training

Learn at your own pace with detailed courses inside the Seamless.AI Academy, covering:

  • Using premium features
  • CRM integrations and best practices
