Seamless.AI's Contact and Company Profiles Explained

After researching Contacts or Companies with Seamless.Ai you are able to also access a variety of researched details Seamless was able to locate such as (ex. Full Name, Location, etc.). You can access this at any time in the My Contacts or My Companies page where all of your saved items will be after you've researched them.

This section will review and define the researched information.

Locating all Contact Details

‍To review the Contact Details we will first want to navigate to the  My Contacts page, where all of your researched contacts are stored! Once here the quickest way to access the Contact Details will be to click on the NAME of any contact!

Once you click on a contact name a window will appear with all of the details presented - We will next break down each of the sections on this window! Example shown in the image below*

Contact Details Breakdown

Lets now review the Contact Details! We'll break it down:

• Contact Profile:
  • General contact information including Name, Title, Seniority, Department, Email and Phone Numbers
• Contact Name Details:
  • Editable Contact Name information(this will provide updated name information when passing the user into your CRM or within our app)
• Company Profile:
  • General Company Information including Description, Website, Company Size, Founded date, and much more!
• Company Name Details:
  • Editable Company Name page to allow for re-researching specific companies in bulk within your my contacts page!
• Company Org Chart:
  • Our new Org chart feature will allow you to easily identify Key players in the specific companies' Org structure! (Additional info provided in our Org chart article)
• Company Technologies:
  • A list of provided Technologies that this company utilizes (If applicable)
• Digital Traffic:
  • A visualization of Digital traffic and where the users websites are primarily accessed
• Intent Signals:
  • (If Applicable) A visualization of the following:
    • Intent Topic    
    • Intent Match Strength
    • Aggregate Intent Score
    • Topic Score    
    • Delta Trend
      
• Email Research:
  • Displays both Company email(s) & Contact Email(s) - Seamless.AI will run email validation for the 3 most probable emails for the contact. Along with validation score
• Phone Research:
  • Displays both Company Phone number & Contact Phone number along with validation score
• Website & Domain Research:
  • Displays both the Company Website Domain & Company Email Domain - along with validation score
• Location Research:
  • Displays both the Company Location & Contact Location - Includes Street Address, City, State, Country, Zip (If applicable)

  • Original Company Name
  • Company Name Clean (Seamless uses A.I. to automatically clean the company name for you. This saves you thousands of hours a week so you don’t have to waste any time editing company names to ensure they are perfect for CRM importing and for launching your outbound sales & campaigns.)
• Company Org Chart:
