Importing into your CRM in My Companies

How to import your companies from your Seamless.AI account so that you can take all of your data from Seamless.AI and get it into your favorite CRM, marketing automation platform, or dialer. Downloading/Importing Companies can be done individually or in bulk!

Importing Companies to your CRM

Streamlining Bulk Companies Imports

1. Click into your My Companies.
2. Filter your companies based on criteria click you'd like to filter for and then click Apply to view any saved companies matching those filters.
3. Click the import icon in the top right corner and select Import Selected, Import Filtered, or Import / Reimport.
4. Once the CRM icon turns from Import to View you can confirm that your company is imported into your CRM.

Individual Import Process Explained

1. Click into your My Companies.
2. Locate the company you'd like to import to your CRM and go to the right side of the screen and click Import.
3. Confirm that the company imported correctly when the option turns from Import to View.
