1. Navigate to Contact Search‍
2. Enter your filters designed around your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and click Search to populate results of your search.
3. If you have Autopilot access, find the Begin Autopilot button at the top right of the results and click it to open the Autopilot setup.
4. In the Autopilot setup screen, complete the following:
   1. Name your search.
   2. Choose the number of contacts for your Autopilot list.
   3. The contacts' quantity can match your remaining BULK CREDITS.
   4. Click Add to List and save any associated lists.
   5. Set up your CRM connection if you want automatic CRM import
5. Click Begin Autopilot and Seamless.AI will now automatically capture your contact results, conducting real-time research and validating contact and company information for the selected list.
6. Your list will start processing, and you can check progress. You can pause or cancel your list anytime during research, and only the contacts that have been researched will be saved in your list.
7. After your list is processed, you can find your researched contacts in My Contacts or download the list from the Autopilot List Manager. Apply a Total AI threshold for optimal results.

FAQ about Autopilot

Q: The Autopilot button is faded out, how do I access it?

Unlock this feature as a premium add-on, available for purchase through your Sales Representative. If you need help reaching our Sales team, contact us at help@success.seamless.ai for proper assistance.

Q: What happens with Duplicate Contacts or the contacts that I have already researched?

Contacts already in My Contacts will be skipped, and credits will be refunded. If duplicates exist in your CRM, the standard prompt will notify you before import, visible on the My Contacts page.

Q: If I cancel my search, what happens to my credits?

If you cancel a running Autopilot list, you get a refund for the unresearched contacts.

For instance, if a list of 1000 contacts is canceled after 700, those 700 will be in My Contacts and Autopilot lists, and 300 credits will be refunded. Credits are also refunded if a contact lacks an email address.
